With a strong operations and project management background, Carmen Torraca has led teams and managed projects across industries, including the arts, communications, and environmental sectors. She is skilled in stakeholder communication, team coordination, and process improvement.  

Carmen has a passion for supporting initiatives that create positive impact and has had the pleasure of overseeing high-impact projects both locally and internationally, working closely with government and community organizations.

Carmen holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and exploring creative outlets.
